Choosing a personal trainer can be difficult. At TFR we feel that a whole rounded process is important prior to starting an exercise program. Before starting any level of a training program, we like to do a whole body analysis, to make sure there are no mechanical issues that would put you at risk of an injury. Our first visit will go through an analysis, we will make the corrections if needed with myofascial release treatment So everything is in alignment and working to its fullest potential.
